Join us for an inspiring afternoon at The National Gallery of Denmark – SMK, where we’ll explore the transformative power of diversity, equity, and inclusion in today’s dynamic workplace. We’ll use the event to discuss and investigate the global landscape of diversity and inclusion, reflecting on recent challenges and exploring how they influence perspectives and practices closer to home.
Will we see a different approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion in a Danish context based on the recent developments in the U.S., including the dismissal of diversity, equity, and inclusion roles in the administration? Does this signal the end of the diversity agenda, or does it highlight the need to rethink how we approach inclusion, especially in sectors like IT? And could these changes impact Danish workplaces, or will Denmark chart its own course?
At this event we will take the temperature in the state of union on diversity, equity and inclusion in the Danish IT sector through engaging keynote speeches, thought-provoking discussions, and actionable insights.
Whether you’re a leader, an HR professional, or simply passionate about driving positive change, this event will inspire you to rethink workplace dynamics and equip you with the tools to be more inclusive.
Join us at the beautiful surroundings at SMK as we celebrate diversity, challenge the status quo, and collaboratively shape the future of work.
The event is the fourth event at SMK aimed at promoting more diversity at work and is powered by DM Digi, Google and TDC Erhverv.
