The IT industry is a everchanging industry where the demanded skills and capabilities required of the workforce, historically have changed a lot. But how will the demands to the IT employees evolve in the coming years and decades?

Join this event which has its purpose in uncovering the traits and capabilities that IT companies will focus on and require from its future workforce. The subject will be addressed from three different perspectives; a high-level perspective from the highly regarded IT-futurist Preben Mejer, a recruitment perspective from Farhan Haqui, Nordic Recruitment Manager from Accenture, and a management perspective, from a leader within the IT industry (yet to be announced).

When all speakers have presented their view on the subject, there will be a panel debate with the speakers, where you got a unique opportunity to ask your questions to some of the leading experts within the IT-industry.

After the formal event, Accenture will provide drinks and snacks to support a cozy and informal networking time. Join the newest event from YITP, and get the opportunity to gain some unique insight in the IT industry and to increase your network with your peers.
