Join us for an inspiring afternoon at the National Gallery of Denmark (SMK), where voices from across the IT landscape come together to explore how different generations shape the past, present, and future of technology.

Through engaging keynotes and conversations, we’ll explore how experience meets innovation, how values evolve over time, and what lies ahead for the next generation of tech leaders.

With confirmed speakers Ditlev Tamm, Emilia van Hauen and Moussa Mchangama, Generations in IT invites reflection on how intergenerational perspectives influence decisions, culture, and the foundations of IT today. Whether you’re an experienced professional, an emerging talent, or simply curious about the changing dynamics of tech, the event promises new insights and meaningful dialogue.

SPEAKERS

Ditlev Tamm is a Danish legal scholar and historian. He is Professor Emeritus of Legal History at the University of Copenhagen and has written extensively on Danish and European legal history, as well as legal philosophy. In addition to his academic work, he is also known as an author and cultural commentator.

Moussa Mchangama is a leading strategic facilitator and change agent in the Nordic cultural conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion. He creates caring and nurturing climates for conversations that challenges norms, perceptions and business-as-usual. He introduces new insights and perspectives into the landscape by creating empathetic spaces for understanding complex and challenging agendas.

He is an experienced and much-used keynote speaker and moderator and sits on numerous boards, among others the Museum Council at the National Gallery of Denmark and the advisory board of Fundamental Rights Initiative.

Emilia van Hauen is a sociologist (University of Copenhagen), HD(A), international keynote speaker and TEDx speaker, board member, commentator, podcast host, and author of seven books, three of which are bestsellers. Her most recent book, now in its fourth edition, explores Generation Z and the interaction between generations in the workplace. It is titled “Generationen der skal redde verden… med lidt hjælp fra os andre.” and is published by Gyldendal.

She currently hosts the podcast “Flat agers – lev livet uden alder” and specializes in youth, generations, gender, diversity, and modern communities. She is the mother of three adult sons.

Natasha Friis Saxberg is the CEO at the Danish ICT Industry Association, representing around 800 IT and telecom companies. 

She has worked with technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for almost three decades. Natasha has helped organizations build and execute their digital strategies, been an associated Partner & Digital Futurist at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies.

As an entrepreneur she founded several global SaaS startups. Natasha has written books about technology, including Homo Digitalis that maps the science behind human digital behavior. She has helped ICT companies enter and scale on the US market. She has worked with corporate venture since 2015, developing new digital growth opportunities and discovered future profit pools, latest at Maersk Growth, as Head of Technology & Venture Development.

She holds positions on multiple boards including Clever A/S and Carl Ras A/S. She is Deputy Chair in the Foundation for Social Responsibility, Chair of the Innovation Fund Denmark’s Grand Solutions program for quantum technology, and Deputy Chair of the Danish Quantum. Community. Natasha is also Digital Sage at the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences (ATV).

Natasha holds several nominations as one of the most influential women in Tech in Europe. She is the winner of the Women in Tech Award (2020).

Annika Guldberg Riis leads Aeven’s sustainability efforts, leveraging her background as a sustainable design engineer. She works closely with multiple departments to translate strategy, science and complex regulations into practice. With the digital infrastructure industry scaling at speed, Annika’s expertise in energy systems and human rights come into play more than ever.

Christine Fast Lisby is a slam poet who uses spoken word as a creative and humorous way to unpack topics, from gender equality to her relationship with technology. She weaves sharp rhymes, quirky wordplay, and unexpected angles into performances that stay with her audience.

Christine is a former Aarhus Poetry Slam champion. In addition to being a regular on the slam stage, she has performed at festivals and conferences, including for Boston Consulting Group and UN Women’s International Women’s Day event, as well as at the “Status of the Consent Law” conference at Christiansborg.

Christine is a PhD student at Roskilde University.

Peter Haugaard is heading up Strategic Talent Consulting in the Nordics as well as serving as the HR Director for EY in Denmark. His primary areas of focus are strategic talent development, organizational development, and not least leadership in complex knowledge organizations.

Peter brings more than 25 years of experience in developing strong and development-oriented organization in Denmark and internationally. Throughout his work, Peter has been emphasizing the importance of connecting people, culture, and business where diversity and true inclusion is a foundation for achieving superior and sustainable business outcomes.

Søren Rinnov Østergaard is the Country Director at Samsung Denmark, Iceland, Greenland & The Faroe Islands. Søren is a seasoned leader in the ICT and Telecommunications sectors, recognized for transforming business units into peak performers. With an MBA from Henley and a Master’s in Psychology & Communication, he uniquely blends analytical rigor with an authentic, empathic leadership style. He is deeply committed to building inclusive, high-engagement cultures that deliver ambitious results in the most challenging international environments.

​Throughout his career at global giants including Samsung, Microsoft, Fujitsu, and Telenor, Søren has managed revenues exceeding $500M and led teams of over 300 FTEs. His track record includes driving a 45,000-customer base growth in a single quarter at 3 and leading a fundamental turnaround at Fujitsu, for which he received the prestigious ‘Presidential Award’ in Tokyo.

Beyond the executive suite, Søren is an active board member, a published author on commercial planning, and a dedicated community volunteer, having spent the last 15 years supporting local grassroots football.
